⚠️ Why am I posting this?
This will be my first blog ever to be posted on the internet, so let me tell you why I am writing this and sharing it with you!
Me and Mohil (My Web3 Homie) are on a mission to learn concepts related to web3, blockchain, NFTs, Crypto, Solana, Solidity, and many more new technologies from scratch. We have decided to post our leanings, views, insights, and resources here, so that not only we both but also the shared ones can learn and stay on the current topic.
Every day we will consume content based on the web3 ecosystem and post about it on our blog daily. If any of us fails to post our blog daily, we will have to submit a very small amount of crypto for a positive cause in the future which we will for sure have in our accounts from our hard-earned efforts.
💡 How it all started?
Taking some more time I’d like to share how I started loving to learn more about web3. I am currently living in Nagpur. In the first semester of my college, I used to attend many of the technical and entrepreneurial events throughout the city. One of which was the THM Nagpur meetup, post-event we were introduced to a WhatsApp group called “Nagpur web3 Explorers” led by Anshita and Anmoldeep. With no idea what web3 space is all about I just joined and met many amazing web3 folks through offline city meetups and events. I have now attended around 10 offline meetups. Being around super nice web3 folks like Gyan Devansh Tushar and many more, I am really curious to explore the ecosystem.

😎 Simply Explained: Web3 and Blockchain
🌌 What is Web3?
Web3 in simple terms is the Internet of Ownership. Web 1 was “read-only” which allowed users to read/consume a static page and get information out of it. Web 2 has added read and write ability so not only you can read the data from the internet but also you can write back any data to the internet. The thing we are talking about is Web3, it adds ownership to that mix of reading and writing. Almost everything that we see today in web3 is the abstraction of ownership.
🔗 What is Blockchain?
The web3 industry emerged from the concept of Bitcoin. Bitcoin is a digital currency. To make things simple, Think about an Excel spreadsheet. All it is is the details of who owns what at what time, and every time you send a Bitcoin transaction you’re just updating the spreadsheet. eg: Deepanshu has $100 today and $102 tomorrow. Bitcoin is called a blockchain because the transactions/updates to the spreadsheets happen in blocks and each block is added sequentially. So basically it says that this is the transaction at 10:10 pm. And then there’s another block that comes after it that says this is the transaction at 10:20 pm and they form the interlinked chain. All of it is public by default, so at any given time anybody can look into the block and say “Oh! Does this transaction make sense with what happened in the previous block” and so on, all the way back to the very first bitcoin.

People who are curious to learn about crypto and want to learn about web3 can join the community as a lurker. Lukers can be a part of the Discord community where they get access to the Discord community and new earning opportunities.
😇 Contributors [Level 2]
When lurkers have enough PoW (Proof of work) they are promoted to contributors. To be a contributor you must be highly skilled and your goal must be aligned with the superteam's core mission. Contributors have a variety of perks in superteam to leverage the growth of the community.
🤠 Members[Level 3]
Superteam considers members as the heart and soul of the superteam because they have helped in enough projects and helped the community to grow. They have full access to the community, capital, and distribution of the team.

Founders are a part of the on-demand growth team. This is the highest level in the superteam that you can get into.

📑 The Superteam Handbook

Ownership Economy: People who help create value should capture a piece of it.
Permissionless work: Make it easy for people to contribute and get out of their way.
Work Flexible Hours: Work the hours you want as long as you deliver. You’re accountable to the community, not to a middle manager.
